OUR PROTOCALS AND CRITERIA

• We only work with registered American corporations.

• All drilling must be within U.S. borders.

• All geological and seismic studies must be completed to determine commercial reserves.

• Corporations must have certification by local and state agencies confirming drilling rights or ownership. They must be prepared to commence drilling shortly after funds are received. Also, they must have a contract with an American refiner to purchase oil/gas produced for North America consumption.

• Funds being raised are within standard industry parameters.

• Participation agreements are standard and required for our investors protection.

We are pleased to provide you with this information. The current oil and gas exploration program we are recommending meets all the above parameters covered in this mission statement. This may well be one of the most important investments you consider.

The experience and contacts Mr. Browne cultivated in the oil and plastic industry built a lasting foundation in his understanding of how the petroleum market operates. It also planted in him that the procurement of oil and natural gas was going to become a growing issue in the United State's pursuit to achieve national security.
