MANAGEMENT
Executive Officer

The experience Mr. Browne received in the plastic industry built a lasting foundation in his understanding of how the petroleum market operates. His contacts through family members at the Wall Street Journal's oil reporting desk and the New York Mercantile Exchange gave him the inside track on pricing and forecasting the oil and nautral gas market. In addition, Mr. Browne had the luxury of building relationships with major oil company executives because one of his sister's father-in-law was the chairman of a major Venezulan oil company. It also planted in him that the procurement of oil and natural gas was going to become a growing issue in the United State's pursuit to achieve national security.

On the morning of September 11, 2001 Mr. Browne was waiting for a 9:00 AM conference call with a group of Indian business owners that were represented by Kaiser Overseas. Kaiser, the largest importer of raw plastic material to India was headquartered in The World Trade Center, Tower #1. When Mr. Browne placed the phone call the lines were dead, and so was Kaiser.

This is when Mr. Browne realized that this was the beginning of a drastically changing oil market that would dramatically affect the price of raw material and virtually make it impossible for the American manufacturer to compete.

In early November 2001, Mr. Browne stared at the wall in amazement over the recent events and literally conceived on the spot, the name and mission of The American Oil and Gas Coalition.

Mr. Browne would now dedicate his life's work to the procurement of oil and natural gas deposits in North America to help gain our independence from foreign sources of oil. He began by supporting existing private oil and gas companies to gain experience, alliances, and capital to step out on his own.

"John Browne is a dynamic individual. By dynamic I mean work ethic, personality and persistence. I have been a close friend of John for many years and am constantly amazed at his energy and drive. He possesses all the tools to be a great leader."
